Ming Wang warmly accepts unworn and unaltered merchandise with the receipt and original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that clearance/final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment used to purchase the item. The processing of online returns may take up to ten business days. Though we process your credit immediately, allow 1-2 billing cycles for it to appear on your statement.

Returns must contain the form and shipping label provided in our Returns Center once you start your return or exchange. Drop off your package at the carrier that matches what’s shown on your return label.

Once your return or exchange is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation notification by email.
